Colorado Territory Manager (Full-time)

Professional Reps is looking for a Territory Manager to help us increase our sales revenues and maintain customer relationships within an assigned geographical area. In this role, we seek outstanding organizational and sales skills. We expect you to be an excellent communicator who understands customer needs. If you are goal-driven and analytical, we’d like to meet you. Ultimately, you will ensure our clients are happy and search for ways to grow our sales.

This candidate must have:

 

  • Ability to function independently

  • Preferred experience as a Territory Manager

  • Proven track record of increasing sales and revenue

  • Excellent communication skills

MAIN JOB TASKS, DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

 

  • Responsible for achieving sales goals and executing sales plans, both volume and profit, within assigned sales territory

  • Develop sales and marketing plan to meet company and personal goals

  • Has direct one-to-one communications with customers both present and prospective

  • Meet with customers to address concerns and provide solutions

  • Discover sales opportunities through territory research

  • Demonstrates products and provides assistance in the best application of product

  • Participate in industry or promotional events (e.g. trade shows) to cultivate customer relationships

  • Conduct training in sales techniques and company product attributes

  • Prepare and submit reports to the Sales Director

  • Responsible for closing the sales transaction

Arizona Customer Service/Receptionist (Full-time)

Professional Reps is seeking a motivated and skilled Customer Service Representative/Receptionist to join our team in our Arizona Office. As the first point of contact for our clients, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our customers receive top-notch service and support.

This candidate must have:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Strong organizational and time-management skills

  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience using customer relationship management (CRM) software

  • Previous customer service or receptionist experience preferred

  • Knowledge of the foodservice industry is a plus

MAIN JOB TASKS, DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Answering incoming calls and directing them to the appropriate department

  • Greeting clients and visitors and directing them to the appropriate person or department

  • Assisting customers with product information, pricing, and orders

  • Providing exceptional customer service through effective communication and problem-solving

  • Maintaining customer records and ensuring accurate data entry into the company's database

  • Coordinating with sales team to ensure timely order processing and delivery

  • Performing general administrative duties, such as filing, faxing, and scanning

Marketing Intern (Part-time)

Come join our team! Our team at Professional Reps is young, dynamic, and passionate. We're a Commercial Foodservice Equipment representative with offices across the country (and growing!). As a marketing intern, your role will be to bring your creativity and enthusiasm to social media campaigns on Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and Tik Tok. You'll work alongside our marketing team and talented chefs to develop exciting ways to engage restaurant owners, bar owners, and chefs to visit our test kitchens and see our commercial foodservice equipment in action. You'll also have the opportunity to show off your video and editing skills by producing Instagram reels and Tik Tok videos that showcase cooking and equipment training. Updating our website and utilizing your experience in Canva, Wix, Graphic Design, and Video editing will round out your experience as a valued member of our team.

MAIN JOB TASKS, DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

 

  • Work with the marketing team and chefs to develop and execute social media campaigns

  • Create engaging Instagram reels, including cooking videos, to showcase our brands and products

  • Film and edit training videos with our chefs and team

  • Update and maintain our website using Wix

  • Assist with graphic design and video editing

  • Help with other marketing initiatives as needed
