Lead Quotation Specialist (Full Time)

Professional Reps is looking for a Lead Quotation Specialist to help us increase our sales revenues and maintain customer relationships by providing exceptional customer service. In this role, we seek outstanding organizational and sales skills. We expect you to be an excellent communicator who understands customer needs. If you are goal-driven and analytical, we’d like to meet you. Ultimately, you will ensure our clients are happy and search for ways to grow our sales.

This candidate must have:

 

  • Industry Experience using Auto Quotes (REQUIRED)

  • Ability to function independently

  • Excellent communication skills

  • Organizational and leadership ability

  • Problem-solving aptitude

 

MAIN JOB TASKS, DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

 

  • Providing Proficient & Accurate quotations to our customer base by using Auto Quotes

  • Direct one-on-one communications with customers and sales team

  • Inside support for Outside team

  • Participate in industry or promotional events (e.g. trade shows) to cultivate customer relationships

 

Colorado Territory Manager (Full-time)

Professional Reps is looking for a Territory Manager to help us increase our sales revenues and maintain customer relationships within an assigned geographical area. In this role, we seek outstanding organizational and sales skills. We expect you to be an excellent communicator who understands customer needs. If you are goal-driven and analytical, we’d like to meet you. Ultimately, you will ensure our clients are happy and search for ways to grow our sales.

  • Preferred experience as a Territory Manager

  • Proven track record of increasing sales and revenue

  • Excellent communication skills

  • Organizational and leadership ability

  • Problem-solving aptitude

 

MAIN JOB TASKS, DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

 

  • Responsible for achieving sales goals and executing sales plans, both volume and profit, within assigned sales territory

  • Develop sales and marketing plan to meet company and personal goals

  • Has direct one-to-one communications with customers both present and prospective

  • Meet with customers to address concerns and provide solutions

  • Discover sales opportunities through territory research

  • Demonstrates products and provides assistance in the best application of product

  • Participate in industry or promotional events (e.g. trade shows) to cultivate customer relationships

  • Conduct training in sales techniques and company product attributes

  • Prepare and submit reports to the Sales Director

  • Responsible for closing the sales transaction

 

Michigan Territory Manager (Full-time)
