Are you a dynamic and results-driven individual passionate about sales? Professional Reps, a leading provider of cutting-edge commercial kitchen solutions, is seeking a full-time Orlando Territory Manager to join our team. In the heart of the vibrant Orlando market, you will play a pivotal role in achieving sales goals, executing strategic plans, and fostering valuable customer relationships.
 

Responsibilities:

  • Sales Excellence: Take ownership of sales targets and implement strategic plans to achieve both volume and profit goals within the assigned territory.

  • Customer Relationship Cultivation: Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients by understanding their needs, providing expert guidance, and ensuring overall satisfaction.

  • Territory Management: Effectively manage and expand the Orlando territory, identifying new business opportunities and strengthening our market presence.

  • Industry Events: Actively participate in industry events, trade shows, and promotional activities to showcase our innovative products, build brand awareness, and establish lasting connections.

  • Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, including marketing and customer support, to ensure a seamless and positive customer experience.
     

Qualifications:

  • Sales Experience: Proven track record in achieving and surpassing sales targets, preferably in a B2B environment.

  • Customer-Focused: Strong customer relationship-building skills with a keen understanding of customer needs.

  • Territory Management: Previous experience in effectively managing a sales territory.

  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

  • Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with the commercial kitchen or hospitality industry is advantageous.

  • Self-Motivated: Ability to work independently and proactively seek out new opportunities.
