ONE39 Round Mini Oven
The ONE39 Round Mini Oven from Revent features a reduced equipment footprint, actually the smallest required footprint in the industry. It is available in both gas and electric options, and consistently bakes everything without adjustments. The gas Round Mini Oven features RTCC (Round Total Convection Control) system which ensures minimized weight loss, even bake, perfectly even colored products, and a maximized bread volume.

The Revent Deck Oven features superb artisan quality of the baked product with porus natural clay hearth stones and a 3 zone heat regulation, making it easy to adjust the baking profile of the oven and get even bakes. The Deck Oven has options of underbuilt prover, steam generator, stone soles, grid for oven chamber sole, and various heights in both legs and castors.

The 724 Double Rack Oven comes standard with a mechanical rack lift, computer or digital controls, a unique airflow design, a high volume steam system, and 88% thermal efficiency. It features options for computer controls for 500 recipes, canopy options, lift options, and a prison package. This unit is available in both gas an electric, and utilizes a TCC (Total Convection Control) system to ensure an even bake, perfectly even colored products, minimized weight loss, and maximized bread volume.
