Ingredients:
3.6 kg heavy whipping cream
265 g granulated sugar
50 ml vanilla extract
4 teaspoons Chef Dawn’s Magical Unicorn Sugar (for topping)
VITAMIX Instructions
Place all ingredients into the Vitamix 5.6L XL container in the order listed and secure lid.
Select Variable 1
Start blender and slowly increase to its highest speed.
Blend for 1 minute 45 seconds, using the tamper as needed to press ingredients into the blades.
