At Professional Reps, we’re always looking for ways to better serve our customers, dealers, and manufacturers. That’s why we’re excited to share some big news: we’re building a brand-new Florida Test Kitchen & Office in Seffner, FL — just outside of Tampa!
A Hub for Innovation and Culinary Experiences
This new facility will be more than just an office. It’s designed to be a hub for live cooking demonstrations, hands-on training, and innovation, where partners and clients can experience the latest foodservice equipment in action.
By creating a dedicated test kitchen in Florida, we’ll be able to serve the Southeast region more effectively — giving you more opportunities to see, taste, and test solutions that fit your needs.
From Vision to Reality
Right now, the project is just getting underway — the walls are up, the plans are in place, and our vision is becoming reality. While the space is still under construction, we’ve put together a video tour so you can see where things stand today and what’s to come.
We expect the new Florida Test Kitchen & Office to be fully operational by early 2026. Once open, it will give us the ability to host events, showcase equipment, and provide hands-on culinary experiences.

Florida will join our growing network of test kitchens across the country. Each one is a place where we collaborate, innovate, and bring foodservice ideas to life.
