1 ½ cups (360ml) water
1 cup (240ml) honey
1 cup (125g) fresh or frozen mango
1. Bring water and honey to a simmer and stir until honey is dissolved.
2. Add fruit to syrup and remove from heat. Allow to steep 30 minutes.
3. Transfer mixture to the Vitamix container and secure lid.
4. Pulse 2 times.
5. Store in a sealed glass container
