Brett holds an A.O.S. in Culinary Arts from the Culinary Institute of America, Hyde Park, NY, and a B.S. in Psychology from Tulane University, New Orleans, LA. With a track record of success in diverse roles, Brett brings a unique blend of culinary creativity, business acumen, and effective leadership to our team.

His expertise includes areas such as business development, startups, turnarounds, P&L management, budgeting, cost control, and production. Brett is adept at multi-unit management, product development, marketing, sales, advertising, media, community relations, leadership development, training, menu design, culinary creativity, and event management/customer service.
He holds a degree in Culinary Arts from the Culinary Institute of America, Hyde Park, NY, and a B.S. in Psychology from Tulane University, New Orleans, LA.
Brett's professional journey includes significant roles such as Corporate Executive Chef/Sales at Alto-Shaam, Inc., where he contributed to equipment development and menu design, resulting in substantial cost savings. He served as Sr. Manager of Culinary R&D for the C-Store Division at Kroger Corporation, focusing on fresh and ready meals and system-wide initiatives to raise food quality standards.
Additionally, Brett has experience as a restaurant and chef consultant, and he has owned and managed various establishments, including Quizno's Subs, Damon's International, Inc., and Mazzio's Corporation. His tenure at Hard Rock Café International, Inc., involved managing food and beverage for multiple locations, achieving theoretical food costs for the first time in the company's history.
Brett's career showcases a strong blend of culinary creativity, business acumen, and leadership skills, making him a valuable addition to our team.
