A Journey Rooted in Values
Doug's journey began on a farm in Yukon, Oklahoma, shaping his strong work ethic and commitment to community values. After pursuing his passion for soccer at St. Gregory’s University and earning a bachelor's degree in communications, he returned to Yukon to contribute to the family farm and joined Lakeland Marketing, a food brokerage group.
Professional Evolution
Doug's career then took an impressive trajectory as he spent over a decade at Edward Don & Company, excelling as a Territory Sales Representative and earning the esteemed Rookie of the Year award in his first year. Seeking new challenges earlier this year, Doug explored the world of commercial roofing, quickly realizing his true passion lies in the food service industry. He now assumes the role of Outside Sales Representative at Market Source in downtown Oklahoma City.
A Dedication to Family Values
Beyond the professional sphere, Doug is a devoted family man, having celebrated 11 years of marriage with his wife Christy. Their family is completed by their children, Owen and Lucy. Doug's commitment to family values aligns seamlessly with our corporate ethos.
Community Engagement and Hobbies
Doug actively contributes to his community by coaching his son’s school soccer team and supporting his daughter's cheerleading and dance pursuits. Beyond this, he enjoys shooting, sports, fishing, and, above all, finds fulfillment in helping others in times of need.

As Doug assumes the role of Oklahoma Territory Manager, we anticipate leveraging his seasoned expertise to elevate our Professional Reps team. His strategic approach to territory management and client relationship building will undoubtedly contribute to our ongoing success.
