We’re always willing to try something new at Professional Reps!
This summer we had the idea of starting a YouTube video series called “Passing the Knowledge”.
We have been impressed with Hatco’s "In A Hatco Minute" 60-second videos and thought we would give it a shake.
The purpose of these videos is just to get you more familiar with our equipment, our kitchens and our team. Some videos will be less than 30 seconds and other may be a few minutes. We really hope these videos are enjoyable and benefit you.
We’ve done a few so far – and let me tell you, it’s harder than it looks!
It’s funny how we’re comfortable doing training sessions and live demos in front of a group of people but the moment there’s a camera turned on, it gets so nerve wracking! So please give us grace for these videos as we get more comfortable doing them!
