Toasted S'mores

1.5 oz vanilla or cream vodka

.75 oz chocolate liqueur

3 oz half & half

1 cup ice

1 marshmallow, cut into a 1” x 3.5” strip

2 oz graham cracker, crushed

Chocolate sauce

4” skewer

Chef Brendan's Instructions:

Add vodka, liqueur, half & half, and ice to cocktail shaker. Shake until mixture is fully blended. Pipe chocolate syrup along the rim of your glass. Place crushed graham crackers into a pan or bowl. Turn glass upside down and generously coat with graham cracker. Pierce marshmallow with bamboo skewer. Overtop a metal sheet tray, use a butane torch to toast the marshmallow. Slowly rotate the marshmallow until all sides are golden brown. Strain liquid from cocktail shaker into the cup. Garnish with toasted marshmallow skewer.
